We are so close to finishing this month off! We ate philly cheesesteaks yesterday and it was soo good. Unfortunately we didnt take pics of it.. But i can give you the recipe!
Philly Cheesesteaks
Ribeye/new york strip/sirloin/tenderloin
Green pepper
Onion
provolone
hoagie buns
mushrooms
salt and pepper
slice the steak as thin as possible. Remember the better the cut of meat, the more tender it will be!
Cook in a saute pan until medium well. Sprinkle Salt and pepper. In another pan add onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Saute until done. Heat the hoagie bun in the oven or the microwave. Add provolone to the steak and once its melted scoop it right into the bun! Add onion and pepper and mushrooms.
